PASS TYPES

Academia

The Academia pass is available to those employed at an institution of higher learning, such as: Colleges or Universities, Polytechnical Institutes, Industrial Institutes, Branch Institutes, Specializations (e.g., engineering, agriculture, medicine, economics), or Higher Military Educational Institutions.

To qualify, registrants must have a valid .edu email address, and fall within one of the following categories:

• Professor (Full, Associate, Assistant)
• Adjunct Professor/Instructor
• Lecturer
• Teaching Assistant (grad-student status)
• Program Director/Executive Director/Associate or Senior Dean/Chair

Government/Military

The Government/Military pass is available exclusively to U.S. Federal, state, local, and tribal government employees, as well as active-duty members of the U.S. military. To register under this category, individuals must use a valid .gov or .mil email address and may be required to provide supporting documentation, such as government employee or military ID.

Foreign military or foreign defense personnel are not eligible to attend the event unless invited directly by DASA(DEC).

Contractors are ineligible for government registration and must register as industry. However, ASAE contractors will receive separate registration instructions from DASA(DEC) as an explicitly granted exception.

Industry

The Industry Pass is required for individuals who do not qualify under the Academia or Government/Military pass types. This includes contractors, consultants, and representatives of U.S. industry.

Registration for AWSAC is not open to members of the media. Media representatives are not eligible to attend the event under any registration type.

Step 1. Login/Password

Click on the corresponding REGISTER NOW pass type button below and login with your AUVSI account email and password.

• Click “Forgot your password?” if you do not remember your password and need to reset it.
• If you do not have an AUVSI account, please click on “Create Account.” Enter your email address and click search. On the next page, enter your information to complete your account creation.

Step 2. Register

Select The Army Worldwide Security Assistance Conference (AWSAC) and continue to the checkout page. Once completed, your registration will be confirmed by email at meetings@auvsi.org. If you do not receive a confirmation or receipt, please check your junk and/or spam folder.
